Another consideration is that while the 2 and 3 TB Fusion Drives have a 128 GB SSD, the 1 TB Fusion Drive has only a 32 GB one. There is someone who claims to have done it – but you'll be on your own as to getting it to work, and dealing with any problems that come up. Partition Spinning drive so OSX can have ~250GB of space and the remainder would be exFAT so both OS's can read and write to it. Run Bootcamp and have Windows install on SSD So I'm wondering if the following plan is possible:
I might be getting an iMac 5k soon with a Fusion drive and while I don't want to get rid of Mac OS there's a chance that I might need to use Windows as my primary OS to keep down the headaches.
